How to Unblock your MMM Account (Personal Office =PO) in MMM



  1. Log into Personal Office (PO).
  2. Click Support and then click “Create” to create a ticket.
  3. Choose option that says “Participant is Blocked”
  4. Enter title “Please unblock my Account”
  5. Tell your story about what happen, but show remorse.
  6. Browse file to upload any documents (if necessary.)
  7. Then Save.
NOTE:
  • Keep checking to see that your account has been unblocked.
  • It may take about a maximum time of 48 hours.

    1. I have submitted your email address to the relevant support department, you GA will be removed from your account. Check back at 8pm Nigerian time for confirmation it was a success.

I provide help last month and few days after dat my account was hacked and i create a task for them to cancelled the order which was done immediately . I later Get Help that is when i got to know i have to submit some document before releasing the "GET HELP"and they ask me to attached document which i av done and also to drop my email (old and new mail) since have submitted everything i couldn't log in into my PO anymore.     3. apparently, u aren't supposed to edit acct details as it is flagged as fraud but u can create a ticket to support, it will be resolved in 48hrs

    1. Check out the number of the said person peared to send you the money. Try to call him/her to confirm

  37. Please I added GA to my PO in order to secure it further as advised by the system. I got a 16 character code. However could not use the code. All my efforts to download/install Google Authentication and even the 2-step authentication proved abortive. Please assist me to be able to configure the GA on my Windows OS. If no solution please quickly remove the GA pending when it is perfected. My email is uchegnwafor@gmail.com

    1. The code is from 1 to 16. Check out the code sent to you you'll see the number 1 code try to type it in there and log in
    2. After it says use the number 1 or 2 or 3. The preferred code should be the code number you use

    4. You probably have to follow up with another ticket. make sure you give an update that they still havent paired you yet. I solved mine within 6days. plead like a baby in the mail and make it look professional. Goodluck
    5. You know the day u edited is when your 15 days start counting. You probably have reached the 15th day maybe that's why you were paired quick.let me know if I am wrong . Because creating another ticket sort of slow the process according to them

  44. Go to your PO. When logged in from the affected account go to support link and write to support. You should get reply within 48hours and you'll be instructed on what to do.

    1. the problem is the affected account is not opening at all.
    2. You can't log in? If you can't try sending Msg to support from yours. Though I know support disregards third party msgs only in issues of google authentication problems. But give it a try. And normally when one fails within the time frame to upload from experience you'll be able to log in but once you do you'll see a notification telling you your PO has been blocked. But give it a try from another account.
