Best Step by Step Procedure for fixing Temporary Moratorium


Temporary Moratorium is noticed when you have a delay in Getting Help.

STEP 1: REPORT GET HELP MATCH DELAY TO SUPPORT

How to first report Delay in Getting Help to Support.
  1. Log into your MMM Personal office (PO)
  2. Click on Support, then click CREATE to open a ticket like this:
  3. Excase: PROBLEMS WITH THE CREATION OF THE WITHDRAWAL ORDERS.
  4. Title: I REQUESTED TO GET HELP AND AM NOT GETTING MATCHED.
  5. Your message: Share your experience or story
  6. Browse: Upload any relevant document of screenshot (only if necessary)
  7. Click Save to submit ticket.

STEP 2: FIX THE ISSUES

  • From Step 1 above, support will respond and tell you what the problem is.
  • Attend to what Support has advised, if you think they are wrong, reply and say so.
  • If its a case of one bank account on multiple MMM account, fix this.
  • If its a case of having multiple MMM accounts, fix this or tell them they are wrong.
  • If asked, submit a photo or scan copy of your Identity Document (ID) and a photo of you holding the ID in your hand beside your face.
  • ID may include international Travel Passport, National ID Card, Voter’s Card. Sometime they may accept other forms of Identification, but I will simply say GOOD LUCK.

STEP 3: YOU WAIT PATIENTLY (+-15 DAYS).

  • Waiting period is about 15 Days, it may be longer.
  • After 15 days, you may begin to worry and contact your Guider.
  • After 15 days, you may contact Support again to find out the problem.

STEP 4: SMILE AND REJOICE

  • Make sure you had a pending Get Help (GH) request waiting to be matched.
  • When temporary Moratorium is lifted, you GH request will be matched.
