Log into the above link and click on create account at the topright  the page shown below will open

Fill in the details above and remember to use a strong password. After that the page below will open welcoming you on board to the world of bitcoin.

click on get started and move to the next page which is shown below.

You will notice that your Bitcoin account is empty. That is because you have not yet funded it. What you just did was to create a wallet for your Bitcoin. To get your Bitcoin address  click on start Receiving Bitcoin. And the page shown below will pop up.

The number under the copy and share header is your Bitcoin wallet.

Copy and save it. Now you have opened a free Bitcoin wallet.  But we are not done yet. The next thing is to fund your Bitcoin wallet so you can do transaction with it. We shall look at how to fund your Bitcoin wallet in our subsequent post.
